The New York Times taps Shea Client Sameh Wadi

Shea and the Wadi brothers, Sameh and Saed, partnered to develop World Street Kitchen here in Minneapolis, but chef Sameh is garnering nationwide attention as well. Sameh’s take on traditional
Ramadan recipes is featured and he believes that many of the traditional ingredients of the Middle East are now ripe for reinvention. As always, we can’t wait to taste any of Sameh’s dishes, whether traditional or with a modern spin.
